Get It Right First Time - Stirling, Scotland. This seminar, which will be held in Stirling, Scotland, on 10 November starting at 9:30, enables you to learn more about intellectual property, how can you protect your IP, and how to make the most out of your IP rights in terms of business, marketing and sales. Organised by the Intellectual Property Office, the seminar is free of charge. But please note that you need to register in order to be able to participate in the event.

CIPA Clinic. This event is organised by the Intellectual Property Office and enables you to get counselling on intellectual property including patents, designs, trade marks, etc. by an IP attorney. The counselling is free of charge but you need to register in advance. The event will be held in Concept House in Newport, South Wales, on 10 November starting at 2pm. Intellectual Property - What do you really own? This seminar is organised by the Enterprise Europe Network Midlands in cooperation with the Intellectual Property Office and is open to all who would like to find out more about the main types of IP such as copyright, trade marks, designs and patents. Participants will also be provided advice and guidance on how to protect their intellectual property and how to use it to boost their business. The seminar, which will be held in Birmingham on 17 November, is free of charge but participants are required to register.

Intellectual Property for Entrepreneurs. Intended for business owners and entrepreneurs, this breakfast seminar will focus on the influence on intellectual property on business and provide advice on how it can benefit business. Hosted by Ben Mooneapillay and Dominic Forsythe from J A Kemp, the seminar is free of charge. It will be held at the Magdalene Centre in Oxford Science Park on 26 November starting at 8.30 am.
